Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Dragonfly City Tees is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We will provide any information we have to help you with your claim.
